How They Met

Patrick and Carol’s story started like many modern romances—on Tinder. Both had sworn they weren’t looking for anything serious, but fate had other plans. After a few dates, a spontaneous concert night, and a thoughtful surprise on a tough day, it was clear they had a real connection. By August 5, 2023, they made it official.

Falling in Love

Patrick realized he was falling for Carol after a weekend apart that felt like a lifetime. When they reconnected, he discovered that someone else held a big piece of her heart—her daughter, Olivia. Getting to know Olivia and hearing Carol’s story showed Patrick just how wonderful and kindhearted Carol was.

Building a Life Together

In just a few short months, they took the next step and moved in together in Merrimack, NH. Their love grew through all of life’s highs and lows, and it was clear they’d found supportive, loyal partners in each other. On July 4, 2024, at sunrise on Plum Island, Patrick asked Carol to be his wife—and she said yes!
